What is Bopp Bag?

BOPP bag has different layers in the bag and they are also known as Multi layer bag, HDPE/PP woven fabric is one of the layer in the bag, Firstly we prepare a multi colored BOPP films through engraved cylinders and Rotogravures reverse printing technology. Then it is laminated with HDPE/PP woven fabrics and finally the cutting and stitching is done as per the requirements.

The printing process is done through engraved cylinders and Rotogravures reverse printing technology, up to 8 colors can be printed on the single Bag , we have got a graphic department , they develop various customized designs for the particular product with the specific images and back ground colors etc , once the designs are finalized the cylinders are engraved to print the same.

Details of Engraved Cylinder
Engraved cylinders are used for printing purpose only and they play a very important role in making these bags beautiful and attractive cylinders are engraved through two processes:

• Chemical Engraving
• Electronic Engraving

For a very sharp printing quality electronic engraving is preferred and this is costlier compared to chemical engraving. As per the design we suggest the customer that which engraving should be preferred Cylinders are outsourced from the top companies and we do have tie ups for the same.

Note: The Cylinder expenses has to be borne by the Customer and it remains always the customers property only.

• Front side will be multi color printed and back side can be printed with Flexo printing
• This bags are used because Front side will be for the Branding purpose with the artwork and Brand names, in back side we will use      Flexo printing for the technical contents as they keep changing, so you don’t have to bear the cylinder cost always for the updations      in the printing
• Some product need ventilation so back side remains Un-laminated and front side with multi color prints and laminations
• These bag reduces the cost for both cylinders and bags
• We have an automatic and manual printing machine with corona treatment and dryer for the Flexo Printing
• We use the high quality inks to print the bags and these are also approved with FDA
• We use Nylon and Rubber stereo for good printing quality
• We can provide the bags approved with tape test and rub test

• Bags with both side multi color printing and laminations are very attractive in looks and has got a long life
• They are printed and laminated from one end to another end; you can see the tremendous finishing on the bags
• Bags are printed on both sides with the beautiful designs and brand names; this gives a better brand image to the product
• As this is laminated and printed from both sides the product gets good protection and bag gets good strength

• The Gusseted bag holds a very good grip when it is stacked at warehouses or supermarkets
• This bags occupy very less space in the ware houses or while transportation as they are gusseted
• We provide two types of printing in the gusseted area, one is normal gusset printing and another is center gusset printing and the       prints done on the gussets with the brand names give them a beautiful looks after stacking
• In Normal Gussets the printing is done beautifully on the two equally divided parts of the gusset to display the brand names or            artwork etc
• In Center Gussets the printing is done beautifully on the center of the gusset and the size of the print can be bigger as we use the       whole space of the gusset
• Gussets can be customized from 1” (2.54 cm) from to 10” (25.4 cm) & above
• There will be no folds (crease) in gussets

Note: The Gusseted Bags has to be stitched adjusting the gussets properly after packing the materials.

We have in house facility of liner manufacturing. Liner is not only protecting the product’s external elements but also ensures complete safety against any sort of leakage and pilferage. It is available as per below specification.

• We provide the liner inside the bag or separately with or without bottom stitch.
• We provide liner top hemmed with HDPE / PP Woven Bag.
• Liner made from different type of material like LLDPE, LDPE, HM, HDPE etc.
• Liner is available from 100 gauges (25 micron / 23 gsm) to 600 gauges (150 micron / 138 gsm) and above.
• Liner size is available from 25 cm to 150 cm (10” to 60”) in circular.

Liner’s bottom seam can be made as you need like single seam or double seam at bottom of the liner or 2” to 2.5” away from bottom of the liner.

• We provide “valve” in any size of bag.
• Valve size is as per your requirement.

We specially take care about valve¡¦s size because this is used in on-line plant and size variation is not allowed in this kind of plants, special care is taken on the quality.

• The whole Bag remains multicolored and printed but a small portion is left transparent to display the infilled product and that is            called Window
• We match the window portion of the Bag with the design in such a way that it looks more attractive and beautiful
• We are using pure virgin raw materials without any mixtures to obtain the maximum transparency on the Window portion and      this makes the bag more beautiful

• Mainly Wicket are used for holding the bags on automatic plants
• Wickets can be done through Heat as well as blade cut at our plant
• We are very careful on the size of wickets
• We are also careful on the distance of two wickets to avoid the problems on the online plants
• We have very much consistency on the wicket bags and special care is given on the same

• We have with us extensive experience in successfully understanding as well as meeting the supply Demand of HDPE / PP woven      back seam bags
• We have back seam plant with latest back side seam technology with strong welding
• Size variations will be very less in this kind of bags
• This bags are specially made by us for the online filling plants
• Gussets are also available on these kind of bags without any folds (creases)

• EZ open bags means they can be opened from the mouth side easily
• You just have to hold the wide tape & pull the narrow tape and it will easily open the stitch from the mouth side of the bag
• Once the bag is opened cannot be re-stitched again and this will avoid the duplication
• We have consistency on the stitching of EZ opening as no space is left and the materials will not be leaked

We are using PP laminated materials for the Narrow tape as well as wide tape, so the whole bag can be recycled.

• Handle and D – Cut are used mainly in 5 kg and 10 kg bags
• We provide nylon and plastic matching handles
• We use matching threads to stitch the bag
• These bags can be easily carried, so this is re-used as shopping bag and indirectly the brand is promoted

• Top hemming avoids removal of the threads from the edge of the Unlaminated Bags.
• Bags are Hemmed at top manly when they are Unlaminated.
• Top Hemming allow the bag to be opened easily from its mouth side.
• We can stitch the entire mouth of the bag with the matching threads in a single stitch.

• We can provide any HDPE / PP woven bags with Micro perforation.
• Perforation can be done from 1” (2.54 cm) to the whole size of bags.
• The pin holes used for Micro perforation are very sharp and perfect.
• Micro perforation is done in such way that one cannot see the holes and air will also be passed through the bags, so that filled in      product can breathe easily.
